The Danville Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce this year-long small business coaching and training seminar series designed to help your business achieve success! Chamber University is a unique approach to development. In each 90 minute session, attendees will retain information not just through lecture, but also through skill practices and the development of a personal action plan. Each session costs $29 for Chamber Members, $39 for non-members. The cost includes a continental style breakfast, coffee and juice. The series schedule is as follows:
9/15 - Maximize Networking

The Greater Danville Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that we are now accepting nominations for the annual Community Awards! Each year, the Chamber gives awards to one winner in each of the six categories:
Public Servant of the Year
Senior Citizen of the Year
Community Servant of the Year
Chamber Member of the Year
Educator of the Year
Business Leader of the Year
NOMINATE HERE online until September 22nd. Winners will be announced on Thursday, October 14th at the Community Awards from 6:00 - 8:00pm at the Royal Theater in Danville. The evening will feature a reception with food and drinks at the Gallery on the Square followed by a ROAST of Danville Town Manager, Gary Eakin. Tickets are $10 per person in advance and $12 day of the event. RSVP by calling 317-745-0670. |

The Danville Chamber of Commerce Farmers Market is excited to welcome visitors for another bountiful season! Winterland The Winterland Light Show at Ellis Park begins the day after Thanksgiving and runs nightly until Christmas Eve. The cost is $7 per carload, $5 with a coupon. Weekday hours are 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Friday and Saturday 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday, be sure to visit Santa at the Train Station inside Winterland. Children can sit on Santa’s lap, get their picture and enjoy a cup of hot chocolate courtesy of the Business Professionals of America at Danville Community High School. Events schedule COMING SOON!! Advanced tickets may be purchased at the Danville Chamber office, Danville Parks Department office and at the 3rd Annual Christmas on the Square beginning 11/27/09.
